Wholesale Application This application is for prospective WHOLESALE customers (teachers and quilt/fabric stores). If you are interested in RETAIL ordering, please visit our Online Store and make your selections. We would love to be included in your store’s select group of products. We are always available for questions regarding our patterns and we are never out of stock. To order from us on a wholesale level, we require some basic contact information about your store and a copy of your resale certificate.
